Inspired by true events, Dayang Asu tells the story of Tonton, a first-born son of a quarry master, enters the world of quarrying and tries to toughen up to blend in with his dog-eating co-workers. Then, things get out of hand and when push comes to shove, he rises and proves that he is as much of a dog-eater as any of them.
